December 2025 Friends and Family test results, and DNA numbers

You may have received a text in the past asking you to take part in our Friends and Family test. This aims to gain quick and anonymous feedback on the experience you have received whilst using NHS services.

We are delighted to report our Friends and Family results for December 2025 found that 95% of people rated our service as “very good” or “good”.

We have, however, noticed a high number of appointments not attended by our patients, and this unfortunately has a negative impact on the number of appointments we are able to offer.

In December 2025, 47 appointments for the clinical team and 107 appointments for the nursing team were missed by patients.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so we are able to offer this appointment to somebody else.
